How is Wittelsbach AI different from Triple Whale, Madgicx, or Northbeam?
Triple Whale and Northbeam are attribution and analytics platforms — they show what happened. Madgicx makes recommendations. Wittelsbach AI executes — once you approve a fix, Bach AI applies it via the Meta Marketing API or Google Ads API. It is also multi-platform from day one: Meta + Google Ads + your ecommerce store data unified in one brain. Most competitors are single-platform.
Does Wittelsbach AI work in INR and other non-USD currencies?
Yes. The product is currency-native and timezone-native. INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and others are first-class. Daily briefings ship at 9am in your local timezone. Indian D2C agencies and global ecommerce brands are equally supported.
What ad platforms does Wittelsbach AI support?
Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) is fully supported, including audit, revenue leak detection, action card generation, and execution. Google Ads is supported for read, audit, and is launching for write operations soon. Cross-intelligence checks integrate with Shopify and WooCommerce stores plus crawled website data.
Can Bach AI create campaigns from scratch?
Meta Ads campaign creation is shipping. Google Ads campaign creation is in the next sprint and currently returns a "launching soon" response when called from production. The full pipeline — campaign, ad group, audience, creative, copy — is built; we are gating it behind a feature flag until the live API integration is verified.
How does Wittelsbach AI stay safe with my ad budget?
Three layers. First, every action requires human approval by default — Bach AI proposes, you click approve. Second, every executed change records a reversal payload, so you can undo with one click. Third, Guardian autonomy mode is opt-in per rule with budget caps and a hard kill switch.
What AI powers Bach AI?
Bach AI runs on best-in-class large language models and vision models tuned for performance marketing reasoning. We continuously route across providers to balance speed, cost, and quality. The product always presents itself as Bach AI — underlying model details are an implementation concern, not a user concern.
How is data security handled?
Meta and Google access tokens are Fernet-encrypted at rest with a per-environment master key managed in AWS Secrets Manager. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at write time via SQLAlchemy event listeners. All cookies are HttpOnly and Secure in production; CORS is locked to the production domain. API keys never live in code or .env files on the server.
Does it work for agencies managing multiple brands?
Yes. The Agency tier supports many brands under one operator account with brand switching, multi-tenant isolation, role-based access, and per-brand audit trails. Agency dashboards and bulk operations are part of the roadmap.
What does pricing look like?
Starter is $99/month/brand and includes Meta Ads audit, revenue leaks, cross-intelligence, and Bach AI chat with a 50 messages/day limit. Creative is $149/month/brand and adds creative generation, pre-launch creative scoring, and AI Visibility audits. Growth and Agency tiers are available for multi-brand teams — contact sales. INR pricing is calibrated to local D2C unit economics.
Can I generate ad creatives with Wittelsbach AI?
Yes — on the Creative tier. Bach AI generates images and ad copy, scored against your brand profile and ICP. Creatives are ready to deploy directly to Meta as new ads. Generation is brief-driven, not random — every creative ties back to a specific revenue leak or growth hypothesis.
What is Brand Discovery?
Brand Discovery is a 3 to 5 question intake that captures your brand DNA, ideal customer profile, voice, and competitors. Bach AI synthesizes this into a brand profile that grounds every subsequent interaction — audits, action cards, creative briefs, and chat answers. It runs in 2 to 3 minutes after sign-up and improves as you connect more data sources.
